Will you not have to clear the snow in the winter?

Is it possible to cover an already built house?

Partial shading, combinations of transparent and blind segments, aerators, overhead valves and forced ventilation can be designed on the sunny side.

Do you need permits?

It depends on the country, municipality, purpose of the object, diameter, foundation and use. Permission issues are always checked on a site-specific basis.
